R & N BSAC Planned Courses for 2012

All lectures will normally start at 19:40 hrs and are held in a room at Highgrove Swimming pool. The lectures should finish by 20:40 hrs ready for the pool session at 21:00 hrs. Any exceptions to this will normally be given to the course attendees at the preceding lecture.
